Biography
Jackie Brown joined Catering Creations as an Events Coordinator in April of 2008. Prior to accepting this position with our company, she held a position as the Events Coordinator for the Joslyn Castle for approximately 2 years. Her previous experience had her working as a Manager in Human Resources which is a testament to her amazing ability to work well with our staff and our clients. Jackie not only helps our clients to coordinate and plan their events, but she often will be present at the events working as an Event Manager.
Jackie has a sparkling personality and always has a smile on her face. She's quick to laugh and give a kind word. While she's been helping clients from Catering Creations and Joslyn Castle put on events and weddings for over 4 years, she never seems to tire of the excitement that each event brings. She takes on a personal approach and great care to make sure each event is a success. We often comment that she treats the events as if they were her own.
When asked about her career at Catering Creations, she had some great things to say: "I love coming to work each day because of the amazing staff I work with. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, especially when it comes to upcoming brides and being a part of their special day! Although I'm not an ace in the kitchen (or a beginner for that matter), the catering business fascinates me!"
Jackie has lived in Omaha for 20 plus years and enjoys spending time with her family which includes her spouse, 2 school age sons, and a loveable Boxer named Harley.
